Pizza Oven

Eating out can get expensive but not at our oven! From July 6th to August 30th you are invited to join us every Wednesday from 4:30pm to 6:00pm at Lakeshore Village Park for our community pizza oven. For just $0.75 you can use our fresh ingredients to create your very own pizza! It’s a fantastic and fun way to get your little ones into cooking and meet others in the community. You’ll also be able to meet LAMP volunteers and find out more about what’s going on in your neighborhood, such as your local community garden and community kitchen.

Etobicoke-Lakeshore Community Good Food Market

SEYA Featured In @issue 4 Teens: "Philanthroteens" Episode

Literacy Through Drama

The Literacy through Drama program is designed to give youth 14-19 years of age a fun opportunity to gain more confidence in their reading and writing skills.

The LTD program looks at different poetic texts from artists that the youth are familiar with, such as Alicia Keys and Common, and works that may be new to them such as Shakespeare. Once inspired by the work of other artists, youth will get a chance to become artists themselves, write their own works/poems, modernize and act out Shakespeare scenes, and share their pieces with the group in a theatrical way.
