The Physiotherapy Program at LAMP is offering Strong and Steady: a falls prevention program that promotes and enables older adults to lead healthy lifestyles in their own homes and lower the incidence of falls.

This program will run on Mondays from February 27th to May 1st.

Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes: Physical Activity & Exercise!

West Toronto Diabetes in partnership with Toronto Public Health and Franklin Horner Community Centre will be offering a free Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Program to teach diabtes prevention strategies to people who do not have diabetes or are living with an increased risk of diabetes.

This program will be running throughout the month of March.
