The Physiotherapy Program at LAMP CHC is leading Strong and Steady: a falls prevention program that promotes and enables older adults to lead healthy lifestyles in their own homes and reduce the incidence of falls.
This program will run on Mondays from Lower back pain? Looking for help?

LAMP's Physiotherapy Program is offering an exercise program for individuals living with low back pain.

Registration and screening is required.

Gentle Fitness for Seniors

A four week Gentle Fitness for Seniors session will run from November 2 to 30, 2017 at LAMP CHC.

This hour long beginner class will focus on low impact, simple exercises that incorporate yoga moves for seniors.
