 Support Group for Russian Speaking Seniors (English Russian )

When:

Every Tuesday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Where: Lerette Manor, 250 Twelfth Street
Target Population: Russian Speaking Seniors with Permanent Residency or Convention Refugee status

This Support Groups will help participants:

  • Adapt to their new life in Canada
  • Become knowledgeable, informed, active and more involved in the Community
  • Promote wellness; reduce isolation/develop social and support network
  • Empower them through a wide variety of activities
  • Allow participants to get involved in planning and leading the group
