Why is the Living Better with Pain program needed? - Chronic pain affects approximately 1 in 5 people - Chronic pain is one of the most frequent reasons for a visit to a primary health care provider and - People living with chronic pain often experience substantial disability The Living Better with Pain program aims to improve function through:
- Individualized, goal oriented exercise (provided by a physiotherapist)

- Pain science education (ie., pain physiology education)

- Self-Management support Living Better with Pain program overview:

- 6 week program; must attend pre-screening. Booster (2) sessions offered after completion of program.
