Etobicoke Brighter Futures South Team Parent Relief and Home Visiting Programs

Parent Support staff visit with isolated families in their home to share information and resources on healthy child development. Families receive referrals and information about how to access additional community resources as well as assistance overcoming barriers to participation. A Parent Relief program provides nurturing and stimulating childcare for children ages 18 months to 6 years of age, one day a week.
